As a certified fitness trainer for 30 years, I instill a love of fitness. My passion for movement motivated me to pursue my dream of offering fitness training to people seeking to shift to make ‘moving’ easier!

I stepped foot in the fitness industry by taking dancing lessons at the age of four and continued dancing and studying various dance styles. I remember my ballet teacher Ted fondly, who could correct our form from across the room, which instantly made our move easier. He inspires me every day to make my clients feel their muscles in ways they haven’t felt, increasing their mobility and function and offering them the best chronic pain exercise guidance.
Due to my interest in post-rehab training, I continued my studies in corrective exercise to assist my clients in reaching their goals of increased mobility, balance, and overall strength. Every day, I wake up with one objective: to form genuine relationships with my clients to experience the gratification in their struggle to reach their goals and enhance their quality of life.
